The Cottrell ratches are designed intently for use with your tie down bar or winch bar on your Cottrell Trailer.. The ratchet head is designed to apply torque to your autotransport. Each ratchet head is stamped with the size of head and if it is left or right side. The size of your ratchet head depends on the size of pipe that your ratchet head is welded to in order to wrap your chains for torque.
